We ship through Canada Post, within Canada. Rates and options will be stated at checkout. Please select tracking if you’d like to track your shipping at the checkout.

Processing Time & Shipping Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Note processing time is different from shipping time. We ship all orders out on Fridays, so if you order before Friday your item will be shipped that week. If you place an order after Friday, it will be shipped out the following Friday.

Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.

Please note: We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our location. As you may already know, there are worldwide delays in terms of shipping, so we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause with your order.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is not included. If you would like to request shipping insurance, please contact us at home@ukaiprojects.com and we can make arrangements. Please note your order will not be fulfilled until insurance is paid.
